Tobacco Treatment

Notice: The Connecticut QuitLine will begin offering free nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) to all Connecticut residents who want to quit using tobacco.

The program will provide up to two months of nicotine patches or gum to tobacco users who register for cessation services at 1-866-END-HABIT (1-866-363-4224), Connecticut's free tobacco help line. Free NRT will be available while supplies last and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Connecticut QuitLine is available between 8 a.m. and 12 a.m., seven days a week. It offers a variety of services including information about tobacco use cessation, telephone coaching sessions, NRT, referrals to local programs and follow-up support - all at no cost to the caller.
