American Lung Association meets BBB Wise Giving Alliance Standards

Asthma

The American Lung Association Of Connecticut offers the following programs for children with asthma:

Nebulizers
The American Lung Association of Connecticut is in need of nebulizers for children in day care centers and schools, and for indigent patients. Only the machine can be accepted, not medication. If you have a nebulizer that is not being used, please send it to 45 Ash Street, East Hartford, CT 06108. You can also drop it off. You will receive written confirmation of your donation.

Used nebulizers are refurbished compliments of J&L Medical Services. They are then distributed by the American Lung Association of Connecticut to those who cannot afford to purchase them. Distribution takes place through a physician to insure that the patient knows how to use it and has the proper medication.
